Debunking Data Science Myths in Change Management

Event Overview.

There is a growing need across organisations to gather and use data and data insights to drive effective change and transformation. This ChangeTalk takes us through 5 myths which are debunked through discussion and practical examples provided by the panel members and the audience. In summary, we establish through this talk, that: the value of change management can be measured; change management is both people and data driven; data and action equals better transformation results; data can be used to predict outcomes; and data needs to be used in conjunction with intuition.
