Kobus has over two decade’s experience in Organisational and Change Strategy Consulting and has fulfilled Project and Programme Management roles within his career. After starting his career in teaching and then moving into HR, he joined PWC and later IBM Business Consulting, where he became a Principal Consultant and SME in Change Management.

He was promoted to the position of Head of Change Management in Absa Group Change, and his assignments include being the Programme Change Manager for the New SAP Programme at Sasol (obtaining a gold award) and is currently the Programme Change Manager for a Digital Transformation Programme at Nedbank.

Kobus is a sports lover and a keen swimmer, played 1st side waterpolo for Free State University, played SA Universities and achieved Free State provincial colours. He has numerous Midmar open water swims under his belt.

He is married to Trudi and has 3 beautiful daughters and 3 of the best son-in-laws ever. He became a doting grand dad to a grandson this year, and has a granddaughter due soon.

Rodney is an ardent angler, tutor, husband and a father of three who enjoys spending some of his time in social upliftment projects involving the youth in townships.

He has over 15 years of experience in financial services, aviation, logistics and media, and has worked within both the private and public sectors. Rodney is a skilled change practitioner, a strategic thinker, and is well versed in implementing technical and behavioural changes across complex organisational structures.

Rodney’s sincere passion for people enables him to competently manage the people side of change.

Rodney is currently a Change Lead at the World Bank Group with years of experience in managing change initiatives across different industries. He converted to an Agile change practitioner a few years ago after proficiently utilising the ADKAR aligned PROSCI Methodology to make change stick.

He believes that utilising the Agile methodology to deliver change has effectively rescued the organisational change management discipline from potential extinction.

Linda Otto has a background in human sciences and people development, with an interest in driving both societal and organisational change. She has worked on multiple large-scale transformation programmes and projects, with a strong drive for achieving results through client and employee engagement. She has extensive experience in leading change for technology implementations, regulatory compliance, and strategy operationalisation.

She as fulfilled roles as Consulting Director, Consultant, Change Manager, Project Manager and Facilitator, which all work collectively to be a skilled leader of change. She believes all South Africans have a direct role to play in creating positive change in our country, with the change community being especially well positioned to drive new innovations and future possibilities. Linda loves creating a movement around change management and building organisational maturity around how leaders should be leading change.

She is a passionate and proud Joburger and shares her home with her husband, son and a multitude of fluffy companions.

Debbi Scheun is the MD of ChangeFolio, and has over 20 years experience in leading large scale projects and people related projects. A few years ago, her best friend asked her what she intended to do with her business, and whether she wanted to remain an independent consultant or to grow her business, and this became a turning point in her career.

She joined forces with her husband, who is her partner in life and in business, and established Diversified Consulting, now ChangeFolio.

They recognised the need in the market and moved into specialising in change management, and change management only. The company has seen significant growth in the last 4 years with recent expansion into Cape Town. Debbi and Eddie also run a business in Ireland called ChangeFolio, a Change Management Consulting, Software, Training & Behavioural Design Agency.

Debbi has been married to Eddie since 2005 and has 2 daughters, and recently became a proud grandmother.
