Sean Hendey has over 25 years of leadership experience across the Financial Services and IT industries in the US (EDS), Switzerland (Credit Suisse/Swisscard) and South Africa.

He has been involved in several major transformation programmes leading teams of business analysts, process engineers and programme managers and most recently has been involved in establishing a Change Management capability on behalf of Nedbank.

He spends his spare time between his passions…sport (supporting Liverpool, the Sharks and Roger Federer) enjoying the occasional round of golf, tennis, diving, skiing, doing (too little) gym and drinking (too much) red wine.

He is an “old millennial” and is one of those fortunate enough to call Cape Town home, even if it means having to catch the weekly “red-eye” to Jo’burg, where he works. Sean has been married to Louise for the past 22 years and has two children.

Yolanda Ngqokome is a seasoned change management professional, with over 10 years coupled change and communication experience across various industries.

She has experience in driving, coordinating and implementing Change Management strategies for medium to large scale
transformation initiatives/projects. In her capacity as Change Practitioner and Management Consultant, she has worked for several institutions in both the public and private sector; these include WesBank, Old Mutual, British Council, Data Centrix, Liberty Life and Iziko South African Museum to name few.

Yolanda is extremely passionate about effecting change; both professionally and personally and believes everyone has an important role to play, in not just changing organisations but in changing the world.

Kavir Kissun is the Finance Director at Sage Africa Middle East (AME). In addition to this, Kavir fulfils an interim Managing Director role for the Africa and Middle East regions.

He has been with Sage since 2015 and prior to that worked for SAB Miller, Multichoice South Africa and PWC respectively. Kavir is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a range of experience spanning a variety of industries, cultures and roles. His key strengths include the ability to develop entity wide strategies with clear and precise principles based on data and logic. Kavir is also able to combine his commercial mindset with out of the box entrepreneurial flair making him an asset to any Executive team.

Kavir sees himself as a passionate and dedicated individual and holds a genuine belief that “the harder he works, the luckier he gets”. Kavir hails from KZN and is married with 2 young children.

Debbi Scheun is the MD of ChangeFolio, and has over 20 years experience in leading large scale projects and people related projects. A few years ago, her best friend asked her what she intended to do with her business, and whether she wanted to remain an independent consultant or to grow her business, and this became a turning point in her career.

She joined forces with her husband, who is her partner in life and in business, and established Diversified Consulting, now ChangeFolio.

They recognised the need in the market and moved into specialising in change management, and change management only. The company has seen significant growth in the last 4 years with recent expansion into Cape Town. Debbi and Eddie also run a business in Ireland called ChangeFolio, a Change Management Consulting, Software, Training & Behavioural Design Agency.

Debbi has been married to Eddie since 2005 and has 2 daughters, and recently became a proud grandmother.
